Astro 5.18.0: Actions Can Handle Thicc Payloads Now [email protected]

You can finally tell Astro Actions to accept payloads larger than 1 MB with the new `security.actionBodySizeLimit` config option. Perfect for those file uploads and chunky JSON requests that were getting bounced. Default stays at 1 MB to keep the spam bots honest, but you've got full control if you need it.
