tRPC v11.11.0: Type Exports and Docs Polish v11.11.0

Shipped SubscriptionResolver and ResolverDef type exports so you can actually type your subscription handlers properly. Also fixed zod v4 generics in the docs, cleaned up context examples, and welcomed some solid first-time contributors. Lowkey boring but the kind of boring that prevents 3am TypeScript errors.
