Major version drop means we're dropping .NET 6 & 7 support and pruning the obsolete cruft. But you're getting .NET 9 and C# 13 scripting in exchange, plus FreeBSD support if that's your thing. Also fixed that DownloadArtifacts 404 nightmare from 4.2.0, ngl that one was annoying.
