@composio/[email protected]: Org and Project Switching @composio/[email protected]

Shipped new commands for switching between orgs and projects directly from the CLI, because context switching shouldn't require leaving the terminal. Also bundled in a toolkit fallback and version command to keep things stable. Lowkey quality of life stuff that makes the CLI actually usable at scale.
