What's New
Snapshot propagation got a serious speed pass, registries work without projects now (finally), and we slashed a bunch of redundant API calls that were just hanging around. Also lazy-loaded the computer use plugin and trimmed Docker calls because apparently we were calling it like it owed us money. Ship it.
