gemini-cli v0.30.0-nightly: Resume hints and keyboard shortcuts ship v0.30.0-nightly.20260223.c537fd5ae

Added --resume hints so you can pick up where you left off, plus Alt+D for forward word deletion because apparently everyone wanted Emacs keybinds. Also fixed some dialog height calculations and tool output masking because nightly builds gotta build. Dialog UX got some love, documentation got clarified, and we're keeping the lights on.
