v0.32.0-preview.0: Streaming, Auth, and Parallel Loads Ship v0.32.0-preview.0

Gemini CLI got some serious plumbing work this release. A2A streaming reassembly is now robust (task continuity actually works now), auth handshake follows spec, extensions load in parallel, and maxAttempts flows through config like it should. Also fixed that annoying 404 error spam during setup and made model.name actually persist in settings. This is the preview where things actually start working together.
