Node.js 25.7.0: HTTP/2 Falls Back, SEA Goes ESM v25.7.0

v25.7.0 shipped with http1Options for HTTP/2 downgrade configuration, ESM entry point support in Single Executable Applications, and a bunch of stream API refinements. SQLite's also marked as release candidate ngl, which is lowkey huge for built-in database support. Nothing's breaking your stuff, just more tools in the box.
