Payload v3.78.0: Widget Fields, Trash Graduation, MCP Out of Beta v3.78.0

Widget fields shipped for Next.js, trash is no longer beta (and you can now scope delete access to trash only), plus the MCP plugin graduated. TypeScript import paths plugin also landed. Solid minor with some nice UX polish across the board.
