Strapi v5.37.0 shipped: hasPublishedVersion + mobile fixes v5.37.0

v5.37.0 is out. New hasPublishedVersion parameter for better content versioning, mobile subnav actually works now (banner shenanigans resolved), and we squashed some layout page chaos. Plus dependency updates and docs cleanup because we're like that.
